The Maryland State Boychoir, under the direction of Stephen Holmes, will present a concert on Monday, Aug. 3, at 7:30 p.m., at Beacon United Church, 25 Beacon St.

This performance will showcase the concert choir, and will take place as part of their week-long summer tour, which will take the choir through New England and Nova Scotia. The concert program will include classical and contemporary choral works, both sacred and secular. Additionally, spirituals, hymns, gospel, and popular music will be sung.
