July 15 is the official C@P Day and the NSCAP Summer Youth Initiative hopes to bring together communities in celebration of NSCAP's eleventh year by urging the public to visit local C@P sites to find out what activities they have planned for July 15. “ It is also a time to celebrate and say thank you to all of our supporters who over the past 11 years have made this program possible,” an NSCAP spokesperson said.

C@P is a national access program for computer users. In the Yarmouth area among the sites are those found at branches of the Western Counties Regional Library.
