After several successful water quality tests, the Department of Health Promotion and Protection has reopened Ellenwood Lake Beach in Yarmouth County. The announcement was made on July 22.

The Department of Health Promotion and Protection had closed Ellenwood Lake Beach in Yarmouth County to swimming on July 21 because of high levels of bacteria.
