Residents in southwest Nova began experiencing the outer edges of Earl, a weather disturbance packing heavy rainfall and high winds, around 5 a.m. with scattered raindrops and warm breezes.

Apparently Carla Allen didn't heed the warnings about travelling to Cape Forchu or she wouldn't have gotten the pictures of the cars in the parking lot. Maybe the warning was for everybody but her???
