Several dozen adventurous souls climbed into sea balloons by Killam's wharf on Sunday afternoon for a new experience as part of Seafest celebrations.

This is the first year for the unusual balls, which people moved across the water in a variety of ways, including crab walking, somersaulting and rolling.

The sea balloons will be brought out again for races on Saturday, July 23.

To compete, call 902-881-3181 to register ($10 fee).
