Hurricane Bill cleared out of Yarmouth leaving bright sunny skies, high surf and a few power outages but other than that the area hasn't seen much of Bill.

Over around Cape Forchu the surf is high and has been attracting steady crowds all day. Cars are parked on both sides of the road at times and the waves, while dangerous if you venture too close, are spectacular.

It was still breezy around 2:15 when this update was posted but other than if you hadn't heard it was a hurricane approaching you might not have known Bill paid a visit.
