Actually, one part of the article that is inaccurate is where Ms. Comeau writes in reference to John Percy, "he said he’d vote for Belle Hatfield". I was there, and that is incorrect. He said that she would be his SECOND choice. It was then obvious who his FIRST choice was, and that individual was seated "ex-Zach-tly" beside him at the table. John Percy may not be from Yarmouth but he had enough insight into our area to know that Zach Churchill is the best candidate to represent Yarmouth as our MLA. :-)

Go Zach!!! I doubt Crosby would have won anyway but I think his absence really nailed it down.

I wanted to thank both of the organizers (the CoC and the Tri-County Women's Centre) for organizing this crucial event. In fact, we need more of these sessions during elections perhaps in different areas so more people can come, perhaps they should be required under the Elections Act. And not just Q&A sessions - a real stand up formal debate would also be useful, I think, for electors. And thanks to Ms. Comeau for an accurate and fair article. Obviously Charles Crosby lost on this debate as he chose to be at a very small gathering instead of facing the questions of many other people. Time for change!!!!!!! Go Zack!!!!!!!

I could not make it to the debate but my mind was made up a while ago - I will be voting for Mr. Dean & OUR Atlantica Party. I can't help but laugh at people who say we need a change & then promote one of the 3 establishment party candidates. That's not change - just more of the same!
