Organizers say close to 400 costumed participants turned out

Yarmouth Recreation director Frank Grant estimates there were close to 400 who participated.

"It was very large crowd, definitely in the top three largest crowds we have ever had!" he said.

The following were winners of last night’s “Most Spook-tacular”!

1.            Mikeal & Nicole Caux - Pokemon and Lego

2.            Colette, Vada, Draven & Ryan Deviller – Going to Grandma’s house

3.            Melissa, Ellie & Andrew Rhyno plus fur child – Wizard of Oz

4.            Captain Matthew Hardy with First Mate Hunter Christie – Pirate Ship

Grant expressed appreciation to the Grand Hotel for opening their doors to parade participants afterwards, as well as to the RCMP and Yarmouth Fire Department for providing safety along the route, and to Subway for prize donations.
