Marie "Vickie" Frotten — Yarmouth

FROTTEN, Marie Victorine “Vickie” – Age 68, of Amirault’s Hill, passed away on November 11th, 2017 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Yarmouth. Born in Yarmouth on January 10th, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Albeni and Frances (Robbins) Corporon. Vickie is survived by her children, Steven Frotten, Amirault’s Hill; Andy (Melissa) Frotten, Sluice Point; Anne (Marcel Vacon) Frotten, Eel Brook; siblings, Viola Arbuckle, Pictou; George Corporon, Wedgeport; Bernard (Shirley) Corporon, Yarmouth; Everette (Deborah) Corporon, Wedgeport; memere to, Blake, Ashton, and Jase. Vickie is predeceased by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Frotten; sister in infancy, Leah Corporon. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth. A visitation was held on Tuesday, November 14th, from 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m. in the funeral home in Yarmouth. A funeral mass was held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Family Catholic Church, Amirault’s Hill, Father Maurice LeBlanc officiated. A burial was held in the parish cemetery.
