Theodore "Ted"  Lefave
LeFAVE, Theodore “Ted” Raymond – age 83, The Medows Home for Special Care, Yarmouth, formerly of South Belleville, Yarmouth County, passed away on January 28, 2018 at The Meadows. Born August 31, 1934 in Belleville, he was a son of the late Maurice and Evelyn (Ritchie) LeFave. He was employed as a miner with INCO (International Nickel Company) in Sudbury, ON. Having become disabled and suffering from many illnesses, Theodore had to take early retirement and moved back to his native Belleville. He is survived by brothers, Emile (Bette), Sudbury, ON; Clarence (Rolanda), Orillia, ON; Lawrence (Dianne), Bridgewater; George (Linda), Burlington, ON; Louie, Edmonton; a sister, Annette Mikkila, Dowling, ON. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine (Doucet) LeFave who passed away ten days before him, as well as by sisters, Margaret Corkum and Ruth Lusito. In accordance with Ted’s wishes, there was no visitation. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m., Friday, February 2, 2018 at H.M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, 29 Albert St., Yarmouth, Deacon Bruce Hubbard officiated. Interment followed in St. Anne’s Parish Cemetery, Ste. Anne-du-Ruisseau.
