TUSKET, YARMOUTH CO., N.S. – The Par-en-Bas Sharks junior boys hockey team have won Shelburne-Yarmouth NSSAF Districts following a series with the Barrington Barons.

The PEB Sharks won the 3rd and final game of the district championship series with a 3-2 win over the Barons. Scoring for PEB were Yannick Cottreau with 2 goals and Denver d'Entremont with the other. Scoring for Barrington were Cole Nickerson and Tylan Foster.

The first game of this districts series had been won by Par-en-Bas 5-3. The second game was won by Barrington in overtime 6-5 on a goal by Nolan Atwood.

Following their Shelburne-Yarmouth Districts win, the PEB Sharks are to play the #2 seed in the Lunenburg/Queens District with the winner of that game advancing to regionals. That game is expected to be next week in Yarmouth.
