Par-en-Bas Sharks win silver at girls high school hockey tournament

MIDDLETON – The Par-En-Bas female high school hockey team took silver at the Middleton Regional High School Hockey Tournament held Nov. 6-8.

The PEB Sharks went undefeated against Barrington, Hants East and Middleton to advance to the crossovers.

In the crossovers Par-en-Bas defeated NKEC, which advanced the team to the gold medal championship game against Avonview.

Avonview edged out PEB by a score of 3-1. The lone goal scored by Melissa Atkinson.

The PEB Sharks went undefeated against Barrington, Hants East and Middleton to advance to the crossovers.
