Midget AA female Mariners have two home wins
The City Drug Yarmouth Midget AA Mariners played two home games against Colchester over the Nov. 21-22 weekend.
In the first game Yarmouth defeated Colchester 3-1. Shayna Heroux scored two goals, assisted by Olivia Eyre and Abby Legere. Laura Legere scored the third goal, assisted by Angele LeBlanc and Mackenzie Muise.
Yarmouth won the second game over Colchester by a score of 1-0. Shayna Heroux scored the lone power play goal, assisted by Laura Legere and Abby legere
Lindsey Minard was in nets for both games.

Bantam AA Mariners have two wins over Antigonish
The Yarmouth Bantam AA Jacq’s Hometown Drycleaners and Jakes Diner Mariners played two home games against the Antigonish Bulldogs over the Nov. 21-22 weekend, winning both games.
In the first game on Nov. 21, the Mariners defeated Antigonish 2-1. Goal scorers were Ethan Olsen (assisted by Ethan Doucette and Zach D’Arcy) and Ryan O’Donnell (Nolan MacDonald, Justin Surette). Cody Rennehan got the win in nets making 20 saves.
On Nov. 22 the Mariners defeated the Bulldogs 7-3.
Goal scorers were Jude Greenwood (Max Nickerson, Justin Goodwin), Ryan O’Donnell (Jude Greenwood, Justin Surette), Ethan Olsen (Ryan O’Donnell, Justin Surette), Jude Greenwood (Leon Bouchard, Ian Fitzgerald), Justin Surette (Spencer Surette), Ethan Olsen (unassisted) and Taylor Goodick (Ethan Doucette, Jude Greenwood).
Cody Rennehan had the win in nets making 18 saves.
Two wins on road for Peewee AA Mariners
The Yarmouth Spears and MacLeod Pharmasave Peewee AA Mariners were on the road over the Nov. 21-22 weekend and picked up a pair of 6-2 wins.
On Saturday, Nov. 21, Yarmouth defeated Truro 6-2.
Scoring for Yarmouth were Yanick Cottreau (assisted by Andre d’Entremont) with a pair of goals. Adding singles were Gavin O’Connell, Andre d’Entremont, Luke d’Eon (Yanick Cottreau) and JJ MacPhee (Blake Goodwin). In nets for the win Charlie Banks.
On Sunday, Nov. 22, Yarmouth defeated Amherst 6-2. Scoring for Yarmouth were Andre d’Entremont with a pair of goals (assisting on the goals were Luke d’Eon, Yanick Cottreau, JJ MacPhee and Caelen Wallace). Spencer Surette (Jay Deviller) also added a pair of goals. Also scoring were Yanick Cottreau (Jay Deviller) and JJ MacPhee (Denver d’Entremont). In nets for the win was Jeremy Charles.
Two losses for Peewee B Mariners
The West Pubnico Pharmasave Peewee A Mariners had two weekend league losses against the South Shore Ice Sharks.
The Mariners had a 5-2 loss against South Shore on Saturday, Nov. 21 in a game played at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre in Bridgewater. Scoring for Yarmouth were Ashton Doucette and Dominic Higby. Ashton Doucette and Connor Prouty had assists. In nets for Yarmouth were Austin Surette and Tyler Ossinger.
On Sunday, Nov. 22 at the Mariners Centre, the Ice Sharks shut out the Mariners 5-0.
Atom A female Mariners get two shutouts
The Riverside Lobster Yarmouth Female Atom A Mariners had two home wins over Dartmouth over the Nov. 21-22 weekend.
Yarmouth won its first game 4-0. Marissa Fevens scored a pair of goals. Also scoring goals were Victoria Swim and Carli Kini. Adding assists were Carli Kini, Victoria Swim, Courtney Fitzgerald, Madison Cushing and Brooke d'Eon.
Yarmouth shut out Dartmouth in their second game by a score of 2-0. Goals scorers were Marissa Fevens and Madison Cushing. Assists came from Renee Melanson, Brooke d'Eon and France Boudreau.
In nets for the wins was goalie Sophie Thimot.
