The spring team, which is part of the Atlantic Hockey Group, will next be playing for a chance to win the Atlantic Hockey Cup June 2-4.
The team is made up players from Yarmouth, Clare and Shelburne County.
During the Nova Scotia Cup weekend, the Yarmouth team defeated the Halifax Jaguars 5-0. Scoring were Ashton Samms (Lucas Cottreau, Sean-Philippe Fernandez), Caleum Hines (Fernandez, Cameron Perry), Dominique Jacquard (Samms, Cottreau), Samms (Luke Spencer, Perry) and Chad Reddick (Dakota Ryer, Jack Atkinson).
Sharing the shutout in net were Lukas Nickerson and Patrick Peters.
The championship game was an 8-4 victory over the New Glasgow Wolfs.
Scoring were Sean-Philippe Fernandez (Dallas Goreham), Fernandez (Reddick, Hines), Reddick (Goreham), Cottreau (Samms, Atkinson), Samms (Atkinson), Spencer (Cottreau, Samms), Jacquard (Reddick) and Reddick unassisted
Nickerson and Peters again shared the win in net.
The team is coached by Trevor Spencer (head coach), Ian Fernandez, Jody Nickerson and Todd Doucette.
