Theriault in second after qualifying round

Nicole Theriault of Meteghan River takes part in her second qualifying round today at the Canada Winter Games in Prince George, B.C.

The 21-year-old Theriault was in second place after yesterday’s first round in qualifying for the individual female compound archery event.

Today’s round begins at 2:30 PST. Results will be posted on the Courier website as soon as available.

Thee two days of qualifying, Sunday and today, will be followed by individual and team events Tuesday and Wednesday.

Theriault’s score of 565 in the first round followed leader Kathy Horlock of Ontario.
