WEYMOUTH, N.S. — The RCMP are investigating a report of gunshots being fired outside a Weymouth residence.

On Friday, May 10, just before 1 a.m., the police responded to the report of gunshots outside of a residence on Sissiboo Street.

When police arrived, they discovered two damaged vehicles parked in the driveway as a result of the gunshots. Shortly afterwards, the police responded to a similar incident a short distance away and located another damaged vehicle in a driveway on Hwy 1 in Weymouth.‎

There were no injuries.

The police believe these incidents to be related. The investigation is continuing.
