Councillor Jim MacLeod, along with Wedgeport Legion members Todd Muise and Andre Boudreau, have been busy this week presenting bulbs to schools in Yarmouth County. A presentation of bulbs took place on Nov. 5 at Meadowfields Community School as part of the school's Remembrance Day assembly. Presentations have also been made at Carleton School, Plymouth School, Wedgeport School, and Veterans Place Seniors residence.

In addition to planting tulips in town, bulbs are being donated to Royal Canadian Legion branches and local schools. More schools will receive their bulbs this week.
