SYDNEY, N.S. — SYDNEY, N.S. — A North Sydney man is to return to provincial court in October to enter pleas.
Kenneth Francis Quinn, 29, of Peppett Street, has yet to enter pleas on charges of assault and four counts of breaching court orders.
The offences are alleged to have occurred July 13 in North Sydney.
He is already scheduled to stand trial Nov. 26 on 12 counts of breaching court orders, three counts of assault, three counts of mischief, and single counts of uttering a threat, assault with a weapon (pepper spray), possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, and forcible confinement. The offences are alleged to have occurred in November 2018 in North Sydney.
Quinn, who continues his release on conditions, is now scheduled to enter pleas Oct. 23.
