Plea date set for Glace Bay resident

SYDNEY, N.S. — A Glace Bay woman is to return to court in December to enter pleas on charges including threatening a prosecutor.

Courtney Alexandria Nicholson, 21, of Fifth Street is also charged with four counts of breaching court orders and single counts of mischief relating to property damage and assault with a weapon, a weight bar.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between March and September in Glace Bay and Sydney.

Nicholson, who has been released on conditions, is now scheduled to enter pleas Dec. 2.
