YARMOUTH, N.S. – Saturday, June 16 saw a successful Walk the Walk for Autism held in Yarmouth.
The event raised $16,107 that stays in this area to provide programming and events to the community.
This was the 8th year for the event in Yarmouth, whose families benefit from having a southwest chapter of Autism Nova Scotia located here.
The June 16 event was a fun, family event open to autism families and the entire public and saw many volunteers helping out as well and also had the support of local business sponsors.
