Alfred Muise — Dayton

MUISE, Alfred J. – age 89, Villa St. Joseph-du-Lac, Dayton, formerly of Upper Wedgeport, Yarmouth Co., passed away on January 19, 2019 at the Villa. Born December 17, 1929 in Amirault’s Hill, he was a son of the late Mathias “Joe” and Odille (Boudreau) Muise. He worked as a lobster fisherman. He is survived by children, Linda and Mike, both of Yarmouth; grandchildren, Shawn, Ontario and Xander, Yarmouth; a brother, Ernie Muise (Jane), Pinkney’s Point. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Narcisse Muise. Visitation took place from 7 to 9 Wednesday evening with prayers at 8 p.m. at H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert St., Yarmouth. Please note that there will be no other service. Memorial donations may be made to the Villa St. Joseph Foundation.
