Betty Goodwin — Riverview

Betty Jean Goodwin 1928 – 2018 Betty Goodwin of Riverview, NB, formerly of Yarmouth, NS., passed away at Monarch Hall on Thursday, January 11, 2018. Born in Windsor, ON., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elsie (Thurber) Young. She was a retired Occupational Health Nurse at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. She will be dearly missed by her children, Debora Nielsen (Al) of Prince George, BC. and Carolyn “Jean” Constantine (David) of Dobson Corner, NB. She is also survived by her grandchildren Angela-Rae Sollows (Paul Sim), Nikki (Clayton) Huth, Eric Nielsen, and Sydney (Chris) Constantine-Conner, as well as her great grandchildren Madison Sim, Kendal Huth, Addison Huth, Madison Conner, Asher Conner, and Browning Conner. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles Goodwin in 1997 and a sister, Lorraine Boland. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007). The interment will take place in Mountain Cemetery, Yarmouth, NS., at a later date. Donations can be made in Betty’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society or a memorial of the donor’s choice.
