Chloe Seeley — Yarmouth

SEELEY, Chloe Donna – age 85, The Meadows Home for Special Care, Yarmouth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2018 in The Meadows, with nephew Glenn Harding by her side. Born November 11, 1932 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of the late William and Sarah (Moffatt) Nickerson. She is survived by a brother, Clarence (Juliette) Nickerson, Meaford, ON; sisters-in-law, Lottie (Murphy) Nickerson, Pubnico; Louise Seeley Yarmouth; brother-in-law, Ron Seeley, Lower Sackville, NS, as well as by many nieces and nephews. Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Douglas E. Seeley; a son Alan in infancy; brothers, James/Virginia (Surette) and Stanley Nickerson and a sister, Barbara (Nickerson) Robert Harding, Meaford, ON. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A graveside service was held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, November 10 at the Chebogue Cemetery, Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiated. Donations in memory of Chloe may be made to Yarmouth Hospital Ladies Auxiliary or to Fidelis House, Kentville.
