Gail Rosaline Fry-Atkinson

FRY-ATKINSON, Gail Rosaline Dayton/Yarmouth FRY-ATKINSON, Gail Rosaline age 68, Villa St. Joseph-du-Lac, Dayton, formerly of Yarmouth, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 in the Villa. Born April 8, 1951 in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of Theresa (Muise) Gordon, Tusket and the late Victor Gordon. Gail was a homemaker, having also worked in hotel housekeeping in her younger years. She loved animals and enjoyed crafting and was a talented cake decorator. Aside from her mother, Theresa, Gail is survived by her sons, George V. Fry (Ginger), Tusket Falls and Ray E. Fry, Moncton, NB; as well as by grandchildren, Clara Fry, Matthew Fry, Destiny Fry and Natassja Fry; along with a great-grandchild, Storm Selkirk. Also surviving are sisters, Sharon Gannon, Tusket and Lena, Western United States; brothers, Vernon Gordon, Dartmouth and Michael Gordon, Pennsylvania. Aside from her father, Victor; she was predeceased by her first husband, George E. Fry; as well as by her second husband, Peter Atkinson. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A graveside service and interment will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, November 4, at the Pembroke Cemetery, Deacon Bruce Hubbard officiating. It has been requested that there be family flowers only. Donations in Gail’s memory may be made to the Yarmouth SPCA or to the Yarmouth Hospital Foundation (Renal Dialysis Unit).
