Howard Mood — Yarmouth

MOOD, Howard Kenneth - age 78 of South Ohio passed away peacefully on August 1, 2018 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Kemptville, Yarmouth Co., on March 15, 1940 he was a son to the late Kenneth James and Lucy (Hurlburt) Mood. Howard worked for the Dept. of Transport as a grader operator for over 25 years. In his spare time he enjoyed cutting wood and using his tractor while working in the woods. He was also known to be quite the perfectionist when it came to his yard and lawn. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Eunice (Hamilton) Mood; daughter, Daphne (Dora Doucette) Mood, South Ohio; son, Darcy (Heather Winters) Mood, South Ohio; brother, Harvey (Pat) Mood, Kemptville; sister, Gladys Townsend, Sandford. Besides his parents, Howard was predeceased by his sister, Beatrice Townsend. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium where cremation has taken place. There was no memorial service as per Howard's wishes. Donations in memory may be made to the VON Tri County Branch.
