Maynard Brown — Yarmouth

BROWN, Maynard Edward – age 56, Yarmouth, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born June 2, 1962, he was a son of the late Bernard and Joanne (Smith) Brown. Maynard enjoyed helping-out at Parents Place and liked music. He is survived by his children, Leann Brown, Yarmouth; Tamara Brown, Dartmouth; Maynard Brown, Halifax; Whitney Brown, Dartmouth; Candice Davis, Katelyn Davis, both of Yarmouth; Josh Downey, Dartmouth; Lisa Smith, Sackville; Susanne Smith, Dartmouth; Sarah Davis, Yarmouth; 36 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Gert Wilson, Halifax; Leonard (Pauline) Brown, Louise (Peter) Campbell, both of Yarmouth; Malcolm Brown, James Brown, both of Halifax; Scott Brown, Yarmouth. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Reggie Brown. Visitation took place from 2 to 4 and again from 7 to 9 on Wednesday from H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth, where a funeral service took place at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 27, Rev. M. Alden Fells officiated. A reception followed at the Holy Trinity Church Hall, William St., Yarmouth. Spring interment will take place in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery.
