The École secondaire de Par-en-Bas junior boys slo-pitch team captured the western regional championship Wednesday, June 6, at the Hebron Recreation Complex, defeating Hebbville in the title game.

Par-en-Bas defeated St. Mary’s Bay in the semifinals 13-3, then advanced to the final, where they defeated Hebbville 11-0 to win the regional banner.

Par-en-Bas was led by Gavin O'Connell, who had three home runs. Yannick Cottreau had a home run, double and single. Vincent Surette had two doubles and two singles, Austin Surette had a triple, double and two singles.
