ESKASONI, N.S. — Branden Dauhpinee and Joshua MacMillan had a goal and two assists each to lead the Strait Pirates to a 7-2 victory over the Eskasoni Eagles in Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League action at the Dan K. Stevens Memorial Arena on Sunday.

Gregor Yoell scored twice, while Jacob Keagan, Josh Foster and Owen Higgins also found the back of the net for the Pirates (12-5-1-2).

Paul Denny and Thomas Simon replied with goals for the Eagles (4-9-1-0).

Hunter Farance made 35 saves for the Strait. Alexander Denny stopped 32 of 39 shots for Eskasoni.
