On Friday (tonight), July 6 from 6 – 9 p.m., Kid’s Night will be held in a tent in the Collins Street parking lot with $2 admission.

Performers include KIDZACT, MacKenzie School of Dance, cheerleaders, and performers from Atlantic Cirque. There will be music and food.

“It’s a family oriented event for a younger audience,” said Tri-County Multicultural Association spokesperson, G Brar.

On Saturday, July 7, an International Beer and Wine & Spirits Fair will be held in the tent from 2 to 5 p.m. Approximately 10-15 provincial vendors will be featured. International tasting will be available.

The casual event for adults will be set up similar to the food fair, with a $5 entry fee paid and tickets for different samples. Food will also be available.

The Bollywood dancers, which were very popular last year, as well as Cuban, and Flamenco dancers will perform.

The food fair, always a huge draw, is scheduled for Sunday, July 8. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for youths 12 and under. Food tickets are $1 each.

The local kennel club will be presenting an international dog show at 7:30 in the tent highlighting breeds from different countries.

The AGNS Western Branch and Yarmouth Library are also holding multicultural events in connection with the festival.
