Repair work got underway last week on the Milton Dam. The company has until the end of September to complete the work, but it is not expected to take that long. Water levels in Lake Milo were lowered in advance, creating safety concerns at Milo boathouse swimming area. Signs and fences have been posted to warn swimmers not to dive into the water.
