The Yarmouth Bantam AA Subway Mariners had a tie and a loss over the Dec. 1-2 weekend.

On Saturday, Dec. 1, Yarmouth and Truro tied 3-3. Scoring for Yarmouth were Cole Jacquard with 1 goal, Brandon Sullivan with 1 goal and two assists and Brad Jones with 1 goal and 1 assist. Matt Hines added 2 assists. Cameron d'Entremont was in net.

On Sunday, Dec. 2, Yarmouth lost to South Shore 4-1. Brandon Sullivan had the one unassisted goal.

This weekend the Bantam AA Mariners have an away and home series with Acadia. On Saturday the Mariners travel to Canning and on Sunday they host Acadia at 11:30 a.m. The Mariners sit in second place in the 10-team bantam AA Mainland league. They are tied in points with South Shore, which sits in first place, but that team has fewer losses. Yarmouth has a record of 12 wins, three losses and one tie in 16 games played. South Shore has a record of 12 wins, no losses and one tie in 13 games played.
