Peewee B Mariners have 2-1-1 record at tournament

The Yarmouth Buff Zone PeeWee B Mariners competed at the Acadia Christmas Tournament Dec.31 and Jan.1, finishing with a record of two wins, one tie and one loss.

In their first game of the tournament, Yarmouth tied West Hants 3-3. Dylan Landry had two goals and Isaac Nickerson had the other. Ethan Doucette and Brady Doucet each had an assist. Miguel Surette and Elias d’Entremont shared the tie in net.

In their second game Yarmouth lost to Cole Harbour 3-1. Joey Tunnillie scored the lone goal assisted by Dylan Landry and Ethan Doucette. This was the team’s first loss of the season.

The next day Yarmouth shutout Acadia 6-0.  Scoring were Isaac Nickerson (2), Dylan Landry (1G, 1A), Brady Doucet (1G,1A), Shay MacPhee (1G) and Ethan Doucette (1G). Adding assists were Greg LeBlanc (2) and Brandon Carroll. Elias d’Entremont was in net for the shutout.

In their last game of the tournament Yarmouth shutout Acadia 3-0. Scoring were Rylan d’Entremont, MacPhee and Landry. Adding assists were Nickerson, Tunnillie, Carroll, Zach LeBlanc and Tyler Boyd-Patterson. Elias d’Entremont was in net for the shutout.
