SHELBURNE, N.S. – Player and team registration forms are still available for an upcoming 3-on-3 road hockey tournament but time is running out.

Registration forms can be accessed through the Town of Shelburne’s website. (In the ‘Town Council’ drop down tab click on ‘Other town hall documents’ to access the registration form.) Forms can also be picked up at the front desk of the Shelburne town hall.

Players under 18 years of age are also required to wear a hockey helmet with full-face protection such as a cage.
Teams are also require to provide their own goalie gear. Requirements are listed on the registration form.
However, if people have challenges when it comes to supplying gear they can contact the recreation department for possible assistance.
Each team will play a minimum of three games, which will consist of two 20-minute, non-stop time periods.
Categories include youth (ages 13-14), youth (ages 15-17) and adults (ages 18+).
Registration will start at 10 a.m. on April 2 with games starting at 10:30 a.m.
