The Yarmouth Viking juvenile boys basketball team went undefeated and won the juvenile boys division 1 provincial championship at St Patricks Alexander School in Halifax.

The tournament was held Friday, April 15, to Sunday, April 17. The Yarmouth game results follow:

Game 1:  Yarmouth 66 – ABA Celtics 57. High Scorers for Yarmouth were Sam Durling with 19 and Luke Nickerson with 14.

Game 2: Yarmouth 89 – Dartmouth Lakers 34. High Scorers were Jordan Cromwell with 21 and Adam Barnett with 17.

Game 3: Yarmouth 82 – Halifax Osprey Two 74. High Scorers were Luke Nickerson with 21 and Jordan Cromwell with 18.

Game 4: Yarmouth 93 – West End Steelers 46. High Scorers were Desi Sisco with 23 and Adam Barnett with 15.

Game 5 (championship): Yarmouth 96 – Halifax Osprey One 76. High Scorers were Desi Sisco with 33 and Sam Durling with 17.

Tournament all-star was Sam Durling.

Tournament MVP was Desi Sisco.
